Does bash access the keyboard device and vga card directly?
What does that have to do with anything?
Do you run bash as a daemon?
Do you run the console-client as a daemon? No? Thought so, since it
would be totally unusable to have it running as a background process
(a daemon).
But this is getting to silly for my taste...
