Details:
On UNIXy system, ``kill -HUP 1'' is sometimes being used to inform the `init'
process that `/etc/inittab' should be re-read. Doing so on a Hurd system will
get you an endlessly looping output like this on the console:

The system is still usable, but very slowly. Rebooting helps...
