I'm not sure, I think I'd rate them roughly equivalent.

Some others have expressed interest in procfs already, while you seem to
be the first one for the Lisp bindings, so maybe applying for the latter
is preferable :-)

Of course, it also depends on which task you feel your skills are better
suited for...
