New results are following:
dpkg-buildpackage
ramfs+ext2fs 50m5s
ext2fs 42m4s
tmpfs 42m32s
New thing also was that I typed commands directly on the machine, and
not using ssh, like before. So, behaviour didn't change: ramfs+ext2 is
the slowest, ext2fs and tmpfs work approximately with same speed.
