[Bug-indent] Cygwin release of indent-2.2.6

Hallo Carlo,

I am the *new* maintainer of the *new* Cygwin package 'indent'.
The package is not released yet but I hope it will be soon.
I'm waiting for approval of the Cygwin guru's.
I needed to patch the source because of binmode/textmode issues
on Windows, there where some additional linebreaks included at
the output if the file was written to a mount in binmode.

I tried to include rpl_fopen() which is described by Gary Vaughn
in the autobook, but it was to much for me.

I included the patch here, what do you think, is it possible
to include this or s.th. similar in indent for the next release?

Btw, is there a schedule when there should be a new release?
