[Bug-indent] Your Patch to indent for putting braces on function line

Matthias, Eric,
You both submitted a similar patch with each providing some bits better than 
the other! Matthias handles the handling of the function brace better 
(outputting a space if the brace is to be in the same line) while Eric gave a 
better set of arguments.
I've just tried a merge of your patches, but I find that -brf only works if 
-brs is also passed. I'll have to dig to find out why. When both arguments 
are passed it does work as intended.

GNU still hasn't got the rejection of spam working on the mailing lists, Eric.
