[Bug-indent] texinfo2man

hey there,

i downloaded and compiled indent-2.2.8, but i dont have the tool
"texinfo2man" so make man dies. is there any way to build the man pages
without this tool? i'd rather not install it as this will be the only
time i will ever use it... (i hate having unused code on my machine :D).
i suppose this counts as a bug becuase the configure script didnt pick
up that i dont have this file.
