[Bug-indent] indent development

Hi,

I have added an option to `indent' to suit my taste and was wondering if indent
developers would find it useful. Namely, I like to place pointer stars
with type definitions, e.g.:

char* str;
double*** v;

This may look odd, but anyway, please find the modified files
(of indent-2.2.8a) attached.
