[Bug-indent] New feature: tabs to spaces in boxed comments

Hi,
 
I'm using indent-2.2.9 and this version did not susbstitute tabs with
spaces in a boxed comment.
In the attached tar-ball you'll find the file indent.testfile. Run
"indent indent.testfile" and the result will be that the file will stay
as it is.
 
After some minor changes in comments.c indent removes the tabs and fills
in spaces depending on tabsettings.
 
Attachment:
1) indent.comments.tgz contains:
indent.testfile .... run indent on this file
comments.c.orig-2.2.9 ... from indent-2.2.9 tar-ball 
comments.c.new-version ... my version of comments.c
2) comments.c.diff ... output of diff -c comments.c.orig-2.2.9
comments.c.new-version
