* ftp/cmds.c (setpeer): Initialize host to NULL. Use hostname as
host if 'argc < 2'. Use host instead of argv[1].

The patch is OK, but the ChangeLog... Try to convey the intent, as
well as the actual code changes in the entry, and two spaces after
periods. Maybe something like:
* ftp/cmds.c (setpeer): If HOSTNAME is set, try to reconnect to it.
That is what the patch essentially does, no need to get into the icky
details. :-) Feel free to commit.
