Details:
The Kawa document says about open-output-file and open-binary-output-file, "If
a file with the given name already exists, the effect is unspecified".
I would like a way of specifying overwriting or appending for opening an
output file.
It would be convenient if open-output-file truncated an existing file by
default, and it took some file options in case appending to an existing file
is needed.
