I whitelisted a domain, then reloaded and maybe some of the js loaded,
but not all, and then clicking on the librejs icon, it showed nothing
under the list of scripts. This was not consistent. It happened on our
rt instance which is not public. I bet I could find it happening
somewhere else too.
