Yeah, I also couldn't use addons.mozilla.org, or Wikipedia, on mobile, though they tended to work on desktop. Considering that connection speed is the obvious difference, maybe there's a race condition that destroys pages whose scripts take too long to load?
Either way, this is quite serious.
