I don't think so. For what purpose?
(If you absolutely want to be able to retrieve the original string
that belongs to a converted msgid, then you could mark all such msgids
with a msgctxt, say "scriptname" or "deunderscored".)

That would be abusing a PO file for something other than translation.
And what would the translator instructions be? "Please ignore the
underscores; don't use them in your translation"? Nah. Better not
use them in the originals either.
