Yes. The pair (U+0F3A, U+0F3B) was added in BidiMirroring.txt of Unicode
version 5.0.0. But the hardcoded table in gen-uni-ctype.c is still at the
Unicode 3.0.0 level; this is what I mean in part 2 of
