Staff Length Pickiness

I don't know if this has been brought up before (what keywords would I 
search the archives for?), nor if it's worth fixing. Keeping the 
authors' famous attacks on Finale's imperfections, though, I might as 
well mention it.

On all texts built on 2.3.11, the staff extends mere pixels beyond the 
rightmost bar on each line. At 100% this is too small to notice, but at 
300 - 400% it is somewhat glaring. In comparison, you zoomed in much 
more than that to laugh at Finale's weak PS support, so these extra few 
pixels might not seem so inconspicuous.

If you want a picture demo I have one. It's difficult to supply one at 
this precise moment due to a borked FTP server.
