multi-measure-interface <-> multi-measure-rest-interface

Hi,

I noticed in the Program reference of MultiMeasureRest
that there are two interfaces with almost the same name:
multi-measure-interface and multi-measure-rest-interface
where the former is empty whereas the latter contains some
useful properties. Is this just a mistake or is there any
reason to keep both?
