When doing the following:
<<{d'2.} \\ {c'2}>>
The dot on d'2 is partially blocked by the note head of c'2.
This problem does not occur with the following, however:
<<{d'2.} {c'2}>>
But, the first method is preferable when doing each part separately (if you
don't want to have to do a lot of bother with stem direction), and so it would
be rather nice to have this fixed.
This has been a problem with all previous versions, to my knowledge (including
at least 2.6.5 for Windows).
