Every issue needs to be checked and reclassified once we've
decided on the new guidelines. You're welcome to ask for help on
-user, provided you teach any volunteers how to do it. But it
*is* a responsiblity of the bug meister(s).
I'm not putting a deadline on this task, though. Doing one hour a
week will get the job done.
