This file works just fine for me on 2.13.35.

The error message shown is apparently showing a failure in Ghostcript.  I  
don't think this is an error in LilyPond at all.

Can you make any LilyPond files work?

Also, please note that we don't file bugs on any versions not yet released,  
because there really isn't a 2.13.35 yet.
