http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1401The two examples suggested by Xavier have now replaced the two which used \skip in Lyrics and repeats within NR 2.1.2.
Commit a3de4dde92fb0aeca3dc859e0a15795bc73a40b3Issue 127 will affect the second of two such constructs on one line, but as Mats says, this is unlikely to arise in real scores.
