Well, i've finally understood, that this is barline itself ,)

Barline's visibility in lyrics is a feature, not a bug:

However, this snippet can not be produced with 2.15:  
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=648 -- BarLine does not have 'bar-size  
any more.

Playing with 'Y-extent and 'bar-extent did not help either. By the  
way, 'bar-extent is documented as internal property (3.2.9  
bar-line-interface), but seems to be user-settable?
