http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2209I did not face Issue 1933. One or a combination of the following could explain it:
1. lilypond-book is run on a .lytex file, not a .tely file, so texi2pdf is not called. 2. python 2.6 is installed and the first one in the PATH, so the python installed by lilypond is not used.
3. msvcrt libraries are installed.
