New issue 2407 by address@hidden: Enhancement to midi2ly to asllow
for more than 4 voices without a warning
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2407
Currently, if a midi file has up to 4 channels on a track, each is assigned
to an explicit channel with a voiceTwo-type command. If there are more
than 4, the later channels do not receive explicit voices, although these
could be created. The requested enhancment is to make midi2ly create
voiceFive, etc., and then to assign these to the later channels, thus
ensuring all receive explicit voices and no warning is issued.
