Actually, the second example I sent is not a regression.
As Mike pointed out
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2012-06/msg00046.html),
the same problem occurred in 2.14.x
I made a simpler minimal example.
Manual beaming is responsible of the wrong slur in TabStaff:
