I have no clue why you would think the result unexpected. You have a
quarter rest, followed by 5/16 which only take up 2/5 of the time,
namely 1/8. Consequently the bar check fails, and 4 of the 1/32 notes
complete the bar.
_Exactly_ as expected. So what did you expect instead, and with which
rationale?
