Is your lilypond installed from fedora 22's package?
Or, downloaded from www.lilypond.org?

Would you try the following commands and show us the whole output?

$ lilypond --verbose n.ly
$ ps2pdf14 n.ps n.pdf

And, would you send us the generated ps file?
