Ah, what I did was only to remove the Fried songs item and add the GSoC
entry.

I have *now* uploaded a patch to a new issue
https://sourceforge.net/p/testlilyissues/issues/4855/

This moves all news older than the 2.18.0 release to "old news".

However, I suggest that once this is completed we reconsider the
old-news display.
Currently there's http://lilypond.org/old-news.html where all old news
and release announcements are mixed. As noone will usually browse
release announcements that essentially means that old "real" news items
are effectively buried.

May be the release announcements should directly be moved to
http://lilypond.org/attic.html so we have the old news page less
cluttered as well?
