As a side note: If you surround your code examples on the sourceforge
tracker with

there won’t be any interferences with Markdown syntax. (TeX is just a
replacement, since there is no LilyPond syntax highlighting available).
Also it would be nice to use standard code formatting (indenting, line
breaks) for general legibility.
