Surely, it is not. I have removed the duplicate getline.h from /lib
subdir and updated Makefile.am's accordingly.

Hmm, but do we need to actually rewrite getline.c, Alain? When I
started to move the necessary stuff from /lib to /mailbox some time
ago, you wrote:
