Hello to the list.
I have a series of questions about the handling of locking of
mailboxes in mailutils. As I can see in the manual, there are functions
mailbox_set_locker, mailbox_get_locker, mailbox_lock, mailbox_unlock
and also the locker object type. Unfortunately all there is in the
manual is the signature of the functions and nothing about their role
or usage. What does the locker_t represent?
I want to lock a mailbox on an NFS mounted filesystem. Does your
framework use flock(2) or fcntl(2)?
Can I have an example of code that properly locks an NFS mailbox?
As I have said before in the list, I want to construct a custom
mail.local for local delivery.
Any suggestions are highly welcome.
