Good. MU is now undergoing a bunch of major changes, one of which was
changing the bootstrapping mechanism. I will write more on this later.

README-hacking is not distributed with the tarball, so referring to it
from README would not be right. The standard way is for README to
describe things needed for a casual installer, and for README-hacking to
contain some development/debugging-related hints.
