[bug-mailutils] readmsg segfaults

Hi,

A Debian user reported that using readmsg -a always leads to a segfault,
regardless of the mailbox file.

He identified the cause in the command line parser, as detailed in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=517457.

Attached is Steve Cotton's patch to fix the issue.
