No, sorry. This is not a question about GNU make, but rather about the
makefiles in the Linux kenrel. Please contact someone who works on the
Linux kernel.
My only suggestion is to make sure you're in the right directory; it
sounds to me like you are trying to run make in a directory where
there's no Linux kernel makefile.
