In the make concept index, I hit RET upon
* :: rules (double-colon): Double-Colon. (line 6)
and I get
byte-code: No such node or anchor: : rules (double-colon): Double-Colon
here in Debian's emacs-snapshot.
In the standalone info reader, on instead jumps to the top node of make.
