Regd :McSim and bayesian networks

Dear Dr.Frédéric Yves Bois,
      I am sorry to dent into your valuble time; but i
would be greatful if you could help me out with the
software McSim which was developed by you.

I understand that, the architecture of McSim is
divided into (a)Model Specification (b) Statistics
specification, which is called as simulation
specification.Model determines is the physical system
which is under consideration. Simulation specification
tells how the simulation is to be performed - like
which type of method is being used etc.
However i am at  loss how is this spewcification going
to provide me a bayesian network via levels. Also i am
not very  clear of what exactly experiment{} setion is
adressing.

I would be very happy if you could clarify very 
briefly, with reference to one of the examples
provided with the McSim distribution
