[v5.6.3] Installation documentation: enhancements

Hi.

 

A tiny edit to the installation documentation (http://www.gnu.org/software/mcsim/mcsim.html - Installation, 3.3.2, second paragraph; same chapter in pdf, v5.6.3) for your consideration:

 

·       ‘delays.c’ missing in list of source files

·       Compilation requiring reference to ‘config.h’ sitting in the main folder one level above. Thus -I.. makes the compiler aware of config.h. Alternatively it could be copied into the sim folder to make the package complete (apart of model.c).

 

I bumped into that trying to compile a model on a Win10 machine ‘by hand’. With the above everything works like a charm.
