I'm not convinced that Kevin's notice is GPL-incompatible; licensing
would be the place to if it comes to that.  Beyond that, Kevin is a GNU
maintainer, so in the event of a real problem, he would presumably want
to fix it.  Also, you can't copyright individual words, so merely adding
a few words to web2 is certainly fine.

Aside from license nitpicking, how about the main point: updating the
word list in miscfiles, whether by working on web2 or switching to
something else that's sufficiently.

Not to mention all the other things that have been reported.
