Hi Alfred,
Correct file is attached. Country codes are missing and I moved the order back to Country, State/Regional (optionally), City

This is the exposed search tool from IATA. However, the airport names they use are stripped of any special characters, and are often short versions of the correct name (E.G. POZ is just "Lawica" in their database)
http://www.iata.org/publications/Pages/code-search.aspx

ICAO does not have a public facing databse, the ICAO codes I've added are from other people's databases (checked against each other). Some are almost certainly missing.

Thoughts?

There is an IATA database, but non-manual pulls from it are expensive.

This actually looks like a different version than the one I thought I'd sent... I'll have to take a look tonight when I'm back at that computer. Sorry about that.

No worries, a patch is just fine, or like this.  Is there a offical
data-base of all IATA and ICAO names, the name of the airport and
such?  Maybe we could somehow pull that data instead of manually
maintaining the file.  I'm mostly asking since I noticed that some of
the airport names are wrong (e.g. Poznań–Ławica is called
Poznań–Ławica Henryk Wieniawski Airport) in this update.  Another
minor issue is the use of country codes which is inconsistent.
