Changes in this version:

  * The new command "copyright update" has been added.

  * Filenames containing '@' are now correctly shown in file menus.

  * In read-only buffers, space advances a page leaving 1 line of context.

  * In "bufhandle_menu", keys 0 - 9 move cursor to the n/9 th handle.
