i tried to crosscompile ncurses for my axis embedded system using the
following
config line.
./configure --build=i386 --host=cris-axis-gnu --prefix=/usr \
--disable-nls -v -without-debug --without-ada --enable-overwrite \
--without-cxx-binding --disable-big-core --enable-symlinks \
--with-shared --with-build-cc=gcc CC="cris-gcc -mlinux"
I had to use this strange CC because when i set CFLAGS it will be used
with BUILD_CC.
removing this will solve the problem
see ncurses/Makefile:
BUILD_CCFLAGS = -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I../ncurses -I$(srcdir) $(CPPFLAGS)
$(CFLAGS)
