My own point at that time was very much along the same lines.
We want to make sure that our newly developed ways of dealing with those challenges are simple enough to be easily reproduced.
Heck, maybe it's just a modification of iTunes. Otherwise leave a comment in this entry and I'll get back to you. With the immediate support for TextMate and WordPress and an open API so that others could integrate it into their own tools - it's a killer application!
