Hello,

I've accidently found that Parted (not only) refuses to
process broken partitions.

When my partition table was damaged by a third-party program, which tried to 
create a fourth Primary partition(!) and caused a big mess in the partition 
table, Parted reported an error and refused to delete & manage it.

I don't know whether this is a bug or it's designed so. 
But due to this limit, I couldn't even re-format my HDD until this problem got 
fixed. This limit occurs on many other Linux & DOS-based partition managers. In 
my case, only PART for DOS helped.

I hope you will fix the "deletion" feature.
