Parted doesn't support yet NTFS. If you want an easy to use interface then
you need QTParted. It's included in a lot of Linux Live CD's. There are
also other alternatives for floppies e.g. mkpart, partboot, etc. Some of
the possiblities (I'm aware of or were submitted) I list here (all over the
