I do plan to fix this.  But feel free to wait for me to fix it rather
than trust me ;)

I have finally sorted out my GPG crap, and sent off the md5sums.
It's now in the GNU admins' hands...

It's amazing how such a small thing can kill a project.  I was just
"keeping up to date" before this happened, and then this blew me out of
the water.
