Dead Source

Hi guys,
        I tried to get the source on gnu.org lately and found that the
        projects still haven't had back their source since the problem at
        gnu.org. I have checked the archive of the mailing list(in december) 
        and seem that   this project is not dead but not far from it... 

        I don't agreed with the statement that EVMS should replace parted as
        parted is a simple tools that can be used really quick to partition
        many on the usefull partition type out there. 

        I figured out that parted don't have any cvs (or subversion or
        whatever else...) so it's almost impossible for developpers to come in
        check and just say hey this is easy to implement! So I suggest that
        someone who has access to it make (at least) the sources available
        again so we can still compile use this tools and that cvs access is the 
top
        one in the TODO list.

PS: I just subscribe to the list in the hope to see some progess in a
near future
PSS: I don't know about your study state but here it's beginning of term
and I still have some time to do my personal stuffs
