HFS Patch 11 for Parted -1.6.11 is out

This patch fixes an incompatibility issue with the
(incorrect) way Linux implementation of hfs+ handle block
allocation (at least in 2.4.25 and previous kernels, i'm
checking in 2.6)

Everybody should use it instead of previous ones (but that's
not a surprise ;)
