BTW, i think it would be usefull to have new libparted functionality to
save/restore a partition table. Do you think this could be added easily in the
future ? I know it is possible to realise such an utility as a libparted using
program, and that it would be necessary to determine a format for the
partition table values, or something such, but i think it would make sense to
add it to libparted as a partition table hook.
