*If* I recall correctly, it was:
$ cd /mnt/sda1
$ cp -ax . /mnt/hda1
As an aside, parted reports the same error when
checking /dev/sda1, so perhaps we can save time by
ignoring the copy.
root:~ parted /dev/sda1 check
