libparted en max. size of fat32 |

Hey,
A friend of mine has a external harddrive of 160GB
(http://www.westerndigital.com/en/products/Products.asp?DriveID=60) .
When playing around with this (d*mn nice ;) ) toy, we encountered the
following issues with the fat32 filesystem:
- max size of a fat32 filesystem parted could create was 125974 MB
(anything bigger would result in an empty partition (no filesystem).
- We were able to create a 160GB fat32 filesystem bij creating a smaller
one (e.g 125974MB) and then resize it to 160GB.
I've done some googling and found that winXP can only format fat32 upto
32GB, so libparted already does a superb job!
Anyway, i'm just curious if libparted has some built-in limit for fat32
or maybe it's a bug?
regards,
Bart
